Please note that we offer a customization service, and within the cost, we include a sourcing fee for the item ordered. Since our products are uniquely crafted, we can’t provide refunds or exchanges. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email notification with tracking information. If we can’t verify your information or if there’s a stock issue, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Regarding shipping, Dua Tua isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims should be made directly to the carrier. Import duties or taxes are also not our responsibility, so check with your local customs office for details. If you decline a package, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, taxes, duties, and customs charges.

If you receive a package with a broken seal, contact your carrier directly.
